Healthy Pad Thai Style Veggie Stir Fry |
Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp sriracha (can add more/less depending on level of spice you want)
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lime
Mix together until smooth.
Veggies
1/2 cup each of:
- green beans
- corn
- broccoli
- zucchini
- (any other vegetable)
In a nonstick pan, saute the garlic slices in 1 tbsp peanut oil and 2 tsp of olive oil. When fragrant and slightly golden, add the veggies. Cook for 5-8 min, adding 2-4 tbsp of water when needed so that veggies don't burn. When almost cooked, pour sauce on top. Cook additional 1-2 min and serve with rice or noodles.

Indeed, I loved cooking different and delicious Stir Fry Sauce, my son really likes me to cook a Thai Style Veggie Stir Fry. I decide to look at the internet a recipe of this food and I'm really lucky because I found your blog. I will this recipe immediately and I'm sure my son will like this very much.
